Seitan BBQ Sandwich, again

This was Seitan BBQ Sandwich, again!

We had leftover vinegary cabbage slaw. J's idea was Seitan BBQ Sandwich. Yes, I just bought a box of Seitan. I like my homemade buns. Why not?

Like the last time, I made a super quick BBQ sauce with Penzeys BBQ spice mix, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, honey and a little of water. I also added some onion power for extra flavor. I sauteed Seitan before simmering with the sauce to make the texture more like "real". J liked the sandwich again. All veggie's victory!
