Cappellini with Pesto Genovese, again
This was Cappellini with Pesto Genovese. Again!!!
Like the last time, I adapted the "blanch & ice-shock" method. Basil pesto was beautiful emerald green and tasted wonderfully sweet. Our garden basil plants are still growing. We will make this dish again (and again, again...) very soon!
