Grilled Rib Eye Steak

This was giant grilled rib eye steak.

It was beautifully grill-marked by J. Cooked just perfectly! I made shallot-soy sauce-Sake-Mirin sauce for the steak. In fact J liked the sauce.

Broccoli came with the steak. We won't forget veggie.
