Chicken Paprikash
I was flipping a food magazine and saw a picture of Chicken Paprikash. I am not a big chicken fan but the picture looked nice. And I knew J won't object.
The recipe in the magazine looked very simple. Maybe simple was the key for this dish. I checked Cook's Illustrated to see if they had a recipe for it. Yes, it did back to 2002. The recipe was again simple but a little more ingredients. Their recipe usually works well for me. So I adapted the recipe. Almost. We used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to finish the sauce.
The dish was great! We enjoyed it very much. There was some leftover. I won't mind of repeating the same dinner next day. I believe J won't either.
