Curry Crab Rundown
Since we both liked the Caribbean curry the last time, which was the first time to make it, we came back to this dish soon. I almost followed the same recipe. I didn't have turmeric, so I added extra teaspoon of curry powder which contains a good amount of turmeric. Also I forgot to add J's dried hot pepper, so it wasn't spicier than before. J thought it was creamier than before. I don't know what made it so. Anyway we liked the result again very much.
