This was airy Souffle Cheesecake.
I followed a different recipe from my old recipe. The new recipe was by a Japanese famous pâtisserie, Ms. Rumi Kojima. The cake was super light and delicate but definitely lovely cheesy. Even without any sauce or fruit, simply just tasting the cake was so enjoyable.
