Cinnamon Pecan Scones
My goal was scones like cinnamon rolls. Using my usual Scottish scone recipe, I replaced white sugar with brown sugar and added cinnamon powder to the dough. Topped with toasted pecan and baked. Then, glazed with melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
