Three Mountain Loaf with Sesame

This was three mountain loaf with sesame.

I adapted a recipe on Cookpad, Japanese recipe site with a few changes like increasing the amount of butter a little and adding toasted black and white sesame.

Just to look good, the middle mountain was supposed to be a little higher than the other two. But I might have made the middle a bit too high (and big). Still the loaf looked cute.

While the bread was being baked in the oven the entire house smelled so nice! With the bread, we are going to make sandwiches. To be continued...
