This was J's special smoked fish sandwich with J's special French bread!
Look! J baked this beautiful golden French bread by himself!
The crust was crispy; the crumb was so soft and moist. I wished I could sleep with a pillow and blanket made with this bread.
J's special smoked fish salad contributed to
my "fresh dill" challenge. About two big tablespoons of minced fresh dill were in there. Creamy Havarti cheese, tomato and baby spinach also joined the sandwich along with mustard.
Splendid! This must be the best of the sandwich 2015!
