American Spoon's Leelanau Apricot Preserves
I am a jam eater. I love apricot jam. This year I was lucky to try Frog Hollow Farm's organic apricot conserve and INNA jam's Blenheim Apricot. I compared one with the other. Both were great, but INNA won at that time. Now I went back to my favorite jam maker, American Spoon's apricot jam. It tasted fantastic. It was very bright, sweet-sour flavor with chunky apricots. I could finish the whole jar with just a slice of homemade bread. Of course, I didn't, though.
