Creamy Broccoli Soup
To make the soup creamy without cream, I added a potato. Yes, the soup became creamy. However, there was a side effect. Although I added a good amount of Parmesan cheese and Mexican mix cheese, I didn't taste any cheese. I guess the potato starch absorbed all of cheese flavors and made the soup really bland. Creamy or cheesy. I think J would have preferred cheesy.
