J's Western Sandwich Cooked on Our New Griddle
J's Western sandwich is always special, but this one was very special because he cooked it by using our stovetop griddle first time! Our new gas stove has a special burner for griddle and came with a stovetop griddle. He said the griddle's flat surface without a rim made his flipping sandwiches much easier than a usual 10-inch round pan. Great! I assume that he is going to cook Western sandwiches more often! By the way, the bread was homemade sourdough white whole wheat bread. Delicious!
