Bobotie Pie from Pasty Co.
Bobotie is a South African dish of mild and fruity beef curry. The pie was filled with Bobotie that was made with all natural grass fed beef from a local farm in Facquier County, Virginia. It was very flavorful. J said he found some heat from spices. I agree the filling was nicely spiced but didn't find any heat. That was odd because I usually complain about heat from peppers and J didn't care about it. The pie was steamy hot, so perhaps the temperature confused my sense of spiciness. Does it make sense?
