This was Cucina Al Volo's Fresh Fettuccine and Roasted Lamb Ragu.
Another easy and delicious fresh pasta meal! We are familiar with their fresh fettuccine, but having their roasted lamb ragu was the first time. The ragu was tasty, but wasn't saucy; rather, moist shredded meats. I guess it was supposed to be like that.
Without a saucy part, it was hard to toss and mix the ragu and the fettuccine together. Somehow we managed to eat. The ragu could be a nice filling for sloppy joe sliders. By the way, J made a tasty garlic toasts! The crunchy bread bite made an amusing contrast with smooth noodles and tender ragu. Thank you J!
