locally picked wild blackberries preserved in their own juices with sugar, brandy, and red wine" was one of many jams J gave me for our wedding anniversary celebration. It was a limited release and we have never had it before! Such a special preserve deserved airy tasty homemade
sourdough waffles.
Let's spoon the brandied wild blackberries on the waffle generously! The preserve was so delicious! yes, it was a little boozy in a very good way.
