I have never thought that we would re-visit
Pasta e Fagioli again so soon. J must have liked the Italian pasta and bean soup very much. I added more pasta and chicken broth so that we could have another full bowl for the next day. The day 2 was as delicious as the day 1. I believe this soup will become one of our regular meals.
