We had Raffetto's meat and spinach ravioli
again with different pasta sauce by Vino de Milo - Fresh Herb Marinara. Interestingly this jar was smaller than the same brand's sauce that we had
before. This jar said "Now thicker & Richer." So, is this something like a concentrated pasta sauce?
Actually this smaller jar is perfect for two of us. It covered our ravioli nicely and there was no leftover sauce that I would have to think about what to do with. The sauce tasted pretty good. It was just right thickness and richness after being heated in a sauce pan while I was cooking ravioli. Sometimes smaller is better.
