Beef Fajitas


I like homemade fajitas because small portion of meat can be enough by being cooked with lots of veggie and we load them with additional fresh veggie. Cheese and guacamole is welcome, too. This time I used Waitrose Aberdeen Angus beef frying steaks. They were very tender and flavorful, perfect for fajitas! 

My usual problem with homemade fajitas is to overload all goodies on a tortilla. I did this time again. The fajitas was very tasty but so difficult to hold and eat without being messy.
