Spaghetti with Clam & Mushroom


Pasta with clam is probably the first dish I can think about when I have fresh dill in hand. This was such a time. I had some frozen chestnut mushrooms that could join clam. The canned clam wasn't the best brand but wasn't bad either. The result was fine. We always like the combination of clam, mushroom, fresh dill, garlic, white wine, and a kind of long pasta, which I haven't seen on an Italian restaurant menu.
