Chicken Katsu-Don


This was my second homemade Katsu-Don with chicken breasts. Actually it was my first chicken Katsu-Don from scratch instead of using store-bought crispy chicken breasts! I didn't deep-fly but oven-cook chicken breasts. Light and healthy but still crispy! I still need to learn how to cook savory egg sauce in a right way. You would like egg sauce to be smooth, not too runny or overcooked. It means that I have to make this dish more often. I hope J can live with it.
