Casarecce all'Amatriciana

This was Casarecce all'Amatriciana.

We enjoyed our homemade Amatriciana sauce with Pancetta from an Italian deli in Baltimore very much. We bought Pancetta again when we visited the deli some weeks ago so that we could make the dish again. We also bought narrow, twisted short Casarecce pasta from Italy there.
I made the sauce just like the last time. It was awesome! The pasta was great with the sauce too. The chewy texture was enjoyable. Luckily we still have one more pack of Pancetta, which I just freeze for our future dinner. It will probably be for another Amatriciana sauce.
