Black Bean & Broiled Sweet Corn Tacos
Our Black Bean Tacos met broiled sweet corn. The result was so yummy! I broiled canned sweet corn in oven toaster for a while to make some charred spots, and tossed the corn with Penzey's Chili 3000 spice mix, black pepper, lime juice over the corns, and fresh cilantro. These non-meat healthy easy tacos were one of our staple meals.
