Oven-Baked Crispy Okra

These were oven-baked crispy okra.

Inspired by a few recipes online, I cut okra, mix in yogurt, and coated with corn meal, black pepper, salt, paprika mix. Then, oven-baked them on lightly oiled baking pan with peanut oil. In the middle of baking time, added more oil and shook the baking sheet. After 30 minute baking, some looked powdery. They tasted powdery. I think more oil was needed to make everyone crispy, not powdery.
