Premade Spinach & Cheese Raviolis with Homemade Olive oil & White Wine Sauce
A few days ago we bought the raviolis at Costco for an emergency meal, which indicates situations that most likely I am too busy or too lazy to cook. This was such a day. But I made sauce for the pasta. According to J's request, it was something light and simple - extra-virgin olive oil, white wine, spices, and dry & fresh herbs. And generous amount of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. The pre-made ravioli was actually very good and my sauce was fine. We have one more pack of the raviolis in the freezer. We'll see how soon the next emergency situation comes.
