Scrambled Eggs with Epoisses de Bourgogne & Chive

This was J's special scrambled egg.

He added J's favorite French cheese, Epoisses de Bourgogne and fresh chive from our garden into egg. With a few slices of toasted Boule, our egg breakfast was delightful!
