This was the first Zaru-soba in 2013!
It's summer; it's Zaru-soba season. The cold noodle with soy sauce-based savory dipping sauce is a great lunch option for a hot day. Toppings were traditional: Nori (seaweed), toasted white sesame, and chopped fresh chive from our garden. Yum.
