Smoked Turkey Melt on Naan
The leftover of our Pre-Thanksgiving smoked turkey became cheese melt open sandwich. The cheese was J's pick: Havarti, a semi-soft Danish cheese. With fresh tomato, avocado and arugula, this open sandwich was a delicious leftover makeover.
