Gauteau Rusk - "Gouter de Roi"

This was a cookie that my mother sent us from Japan!

They are very poplar cookies, I should call them "rusk" (french biscuit), coated with rich white chocolate. They were very crispy!   

The rusk's name is Gouter de Roi. So, it's Taste of the King!
