Tuna, Avocado & Cucumber Sandwich with Broccoli Soup

This was Tuna salad sandwich and broccoli soup combo.

This sandwich featured generous portion of avocado and cucumber. Spreading our favorite toasted garlic and herb mustard was another element of this refreshing sandwich. My vegetarian broccoli soup was creamy as always.
