Fish Tacos
We marinated a cod fillet with commercial fish taco seasoning and chopped fresh dill & cilantro, which was surprisingly good! Toppings were fresh lettuce, homemade fresh tomato salsa, fresh avocado, crumbled ricotta salata cheese and squeezed lime juice. Wonderful!
