Baked Falafel on Large Flat Bread

This was homemade baked Falafel with tomato, lettuce and homemade Tzatziki on large flat bread.

I followed my Baked Falafel recipe with a few change such as adding fresh cilantro and skipping cardamon. 

They were absolutely wonderful Falafel! And what was special this time was the bread.

The bread was really large and thin! We got four pieces at Middle Eastern Market in VA. They baked the bread at the store right away as J placed an order. Even the next day when we made this Falafel wrap, the bread was fresh and tasty! I wish to have such great bakery near home!
