Black Sesame Marble Cake with Palm Sugar

This was black sesame marble cake again!

With palm sugar. That was new. My quest to discover how to use palm sugar has been ongoing. Delicious but somehow healthy sweets and desserts are always welcome.

It was a little dry and crumbly, but I liked it. And J ate a few pieces without saying anything. I took it as a good sign.
