J's Western Sandwich

This was J's Western Sandwich.

I baked J's favorite homemade white sandwich bread the day before so that we could make a toast or something for breakfast. In the morning J said he would make Western sandwich. Yes, please! 

Egg was perfectly cooked in the golden pan-fried bread. I love J's special breakfast.
