Smoked Salmon & Cod on Toasted Bagels
Smoked cod was new for us. It was a little saltier than salmon but had a nice smoked flavor. It's always fun to try something new. We also tried a different brand of smoked salmon this time. It was fine, but not as good as what we had in New York. But what the New York experience didn't provide was a cozy fireplace. J made a beautiful fire so that we could enjoy our breakfast time by the fireplace. What a romantic morning!
