J's Special Soft Scrambled Egg on Toast
He made this for my birthday morning. Using a double boiler, he gently cooked eggs with diced Spanish chorizo that he carefully cooked until golden and drained extra fat. I assume so from the output because I didn't observe his preparation closely in the kitchen. Mango and strawberries were in the bowl. Fresh green tea was in the cup. Everything was arranged neatly on the table and waiting for me. The egg and toast was, Wow! Très bon, Monsieur J! It was an extremely happy morning.
