Taiyaki, again

 

This was a head of Taiyaki, fish-shaped pancake filled with sweeten red bean paste.

It was me who ate his tail. I haven't use my Taiyaki pan for a while. In fact, it was a year ago I used it.

I forgot how long I should cook. Some fish were nicely tanned and crispy. All of them were delicious! I sneaked two fish into J's snack bag so that he would find little fish friends at his work.
