Cucina Al Volo's Burrata Ravioli & Eggplant Tomato Sauce

This was Cucina Al Volo's burrara (if my memory was correct) ravioli and eggplant tomato sauce.

We bought these ravioli with the beef brisket ravioli that we just enjoyed. Serving with their eggplant tomato sauce that we also had before and liked very much, the dinner was so easy. It allowed me to be so lazy.

And, the result was so good. If it wasn't called perfect, what it could be?
