Cucina Al Volo's Fresh Fettuccine & Mushroom Tomato Sauce
At our last visit to Union Market, we bought a jar of the mushroom sauce with their eggplant sauce that we liked very much. This mushroom sauce was excellent, too! Like the eggplant sauce, the tomato sauce was deep, rich, mellow. Maybe tomato were roasted? Meaty chunky mushrooms were very tasty too. Were they marinated? I wish I could recreate such complex flavor at home!
Or, simply we can go back to Cucina Al Volo to get their yummy sauces along with fresh pasta!
