Stir-Fried Rice with Slow-Roasted Beef

This was stir-fried rice with slow-roasted beef.

Repurposing of the leftover slow-roasted beef from our Christmas dinner was successful. There was no secret. I made it in my usual way - stir-fry steamed rice, leftover beef, leftover scallions, carrots, dried Shiitake mushrooms, and an egg, seasoning with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white and black peppers. J said this was one of the best stir-fried rice I have ever made! Yay!
