Chirashi @ Yama Sushi
It was our first-time visit to the Japanese restaurant. It has many good reviews on Yelp. We were excited to know they have Chirashi on their menu. We both ordered Chirashi and shared yellowtail rolls. I thought fish tasted fresh and very good, and I liked the selection of seafood for Chirashi was very good, better than that of our favorite local sushi restaurant. J had a different opinion. The fish quality didn't impress him. Even he tasted octopus a little fishy. I guess we shall stick to our favorite local sushi restaurant.
