Homemade Egg Salad & Homegrown Alfalfa on Homebaked Sourdough White Sandwich Bread
I grew a bunch of cute little alfalfa again! My question was what to do with them. Making a salad with them wasn't an option. Somehow J doesn't allow alfalfa to snuggle into his salad bowl. It is fine with him if he finds alfalfa on sandwich. So, I baked sourdough white sandwich bread, made egg salad, and fixed egg sandwich with my baby sprouts along with fresh cucumbers, our favorite French mustard, and a slice of cheese. Voilà! It was one of the best sandwich I had.
