Gaprao Rice

This was Gaprao Rice.

It's supposed to be chicken stir-fly with basil, but I used ground pork that I had instead of chicken. I adapted two recipes, this and this, that I found on Japanese recipe portal, CookPad, combining the two and making up my version. Actually, there are many recipes of the dish in Japanese. The dish seems well-known among Japanese. The result was good, but I could add a little more chili paste next time. I liked the fried egg topping. I guess the recipes I adapted were more or less adjusted to taste that Japanese people like and ingredients that are commonly available in Japan. I have no idea what authentic Gaprao Rice taste like.
