Homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
The recipe was the same as Ultimate Oatmeal Cookies by Cook's Illustrated. I halved the recipe again. I also skipped all granulated sugar and reduced brown sugar again. This time I increased the amount of raisins that I soaked in a couple of tablespoon of rum. The result was very tasty! I baked 10 cookies. Even before the cookies were cooled down, J ate two of them. According him, it was for quality control. I believe my cookies have passed.
