Homemade Wonton Soup
I don't know why I haven't made this cozy lovely dish for a while, but I am sure I will make it again in the up-coming cool/cold season. This time I added dried Shiitake mushrooms to ground pork filling along with a lot of minced white parts of scallions. The soup bowl had a bunch of broccoli and we also had salad as a side. The wonton soup dinner became a veggie-rich meal as I secretly schemed.
