These were smoked salmon and bagels from New York City!
We didn't go up there but mail-ordered. NYC's famous breakfast sandwiches at home! The smoke salmon was Sable's. Like the
last time, we chose our three favorite kinds of salmons: Irish Nova, Norwegian, and Pastrami. We started with Irish Nova.
Bagels were from Ess-a-Bagel. We chose multiple flavors of 13 (baker's dozen) bagels. Each bagel was huge and the toppings were generous comparing with those from a local Wegmans store. And they were very tasty.
Pastrami smoked salmon with pumpernickel bagels was a very nice combination that we have discovered.
It was easy for us to finish all of three kinds of smoked salmon within some days, but not all bagels. We froze some while they were fresh so that we can enjoy them later, perhaps next weekend.
