Alexandria's Potato & Cheese Pierogi with Homemade Shallot & Parsley Sauce
We have had Alexandria's pierogi - Kraut & Mushroom, Potato & Cheddar, Spinach and Potato & Cheese before. Here we had Potato & Cheese again! I boiled them and tossed them with my made-up sauce. They were ok but somehow tasted sour. I don't know which ingredients made them sour. The ingredient list was quite simple. Perhaps, cheese? What kind of cheese was inside??
