Homey Chicken Stew
It was our latest slow cooking. The recipe was from Slow Cooker Revolution cookbook again. It required a lot of preparation works before cooking in the slow cooker, but after all the result was very good! Even I, who is not a chicken fan, enjoyed the stew three days. The day one, we had just the stew in the cup; the day two, we served the stew with egg noodles; and the day three, we made a mountain of steamed rice in the middle of the stew bowl. It was a very "homey" meal on chilly days.
