Apple Cake from Henri Charpentier - Japan 2017
When I was shopping for desserts with my mother, the cute, bright apple in the showcase of the European style confectionery caught my eye. Inside of the artistic "apple" was airy apple mousse and chunky apple comports. It was a new pastry and only available during this fall. The cake was delightful. I was lucky to be there that time.
