Morozoff's Custard Pudding - Japan 2017
Morozoff, "one of Japan’s leading luxury confectionery makers, starting from a chocolate shop in Kobe in 1931" always reminds me of my grandma. She used to brought home Morozoff's sweets - Denmark cheese cake, nutty cookies, fruit jelly, and of course, custard pudding. My mother asked me what to buy for desserts when we were shopping together during my stay in Japan this time. I said Morozoff's custard pudding, thinking about Grandma. My mother quickly agreed with me. She might have thought about her mother, too.
