Baked Salmon & Mushrooms in Foil

Our latest "Baked in Foil" meal was with salmon and mushrooms. Sides were homemade mashed potato, steamed veggie, and fresh salad. The whole meal was great!

Is it only us who think that salmon here tastes better than one in the US?
